Accessibility Statement

Effective date: August 8, 2026. This statement replaces the version dated June 3, 2026 and describes the accessibility of the current website.

Our commitment

Every family should be able to use this website: parents and grandparents, kids of every ability, visitors using assistive technology, and anyone who finds motion or sound overwhelming. Accessibility was part of this site’s design from the first sketch, not an afterthought.

The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is tested with keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader labels, and reduced-motion settings, and we keep testing as new pages are added.

Accessibility features built into this site

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are visual by nature: decorative water effects (which Calm Waters turns off) and drawing-based games (which include simpler accessible modes). Videos play through YouTube’s player, which offers caption controls where captions are available. If any of this gets in your way, we want to know about it.

Need help, or found a barrier?

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, call us at (239) 482-2722 and our team will gladly provide the information you need another way, over the phone or in print. If you tell us about a barrier on the site, we will work to fix it.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. New pages are built against the same checklist, and this statement is reviewed as the site grows.
